T Shirts, Aprons, Tea Towels, Shopping Bags
Screen Printing
Screen Printing describes a multi-step process using a silk or nylon screen with tiny digitally generated holes that allow ink to be squeezed through with a firm flat edged applicator and form an image on the Tee Shirt, Apron, Shopping Bag or Promtional Bag. For images with multiple colours a different screen is used to apply each colour in a pre-determined sequence. Screen Printing is not recommended for orders less than 35 TShirts, Aprons or Bags of the same colourway. Our staff are recognised Australia wide as experts in Screen printing so you can rest assured that our TShirts / Aprons / Shopping or Promotional Bags will be printed to your specifications every time.

Iron On Transfers / Vinyl / Heat Transfers
Iron On Transfers and Cad Cut Vinyl Printing are probably the most cost effective and quickest way of placing a design / logo / print / photo / name / number etc on a T-Shirt, Apron, Shopping Bag or Promotional Bag. Iron On Transfers and Cad Cut Vinyl Printing are ideal for small orders or for applications where an actual photo needs to go onto a Tee Shirt for example. Cad Cut Vinyl Printing is ideal for team shirts where a name and number need to be applied. The Iron On Transfer process involves printing the image on our high quality Image Transfer material, positioning it exactly where it is to go on the shirt / apron / bag and applying heat and pressure via one of our high volume computer controlled heat presses. Letters and numbers are cut out with our CAD cutting machine, put in the correct order and position then treated with the heat press. The video below shows the process done with a specialised heat press so that you can see how heat and pressure are used in the Iron On Transfer process.
